Cafetalera Castellón S.A. is advancing in positioning Nicaragua in the region, announcing the production of ready-to-drink beverages for the U.S. market in collaboration with Walmart. In the Commercial Department, Del Cafetal has entered the traditional channel in the South East, expanding to local shops through an agreement with Surtidora Nicarao. In the Marketing and Communication Department, there were giveaways for Mother's Day baskets, collaborations with content creators, and the launch of a new seasonal drink, "Fornight Granita," in collaboration with Taylor Swift's fandom. In the Production Department, improvements were made in the packaging orders of finished products and the implementation of batch control and dispatch, optimizing traceability and delivery efficiency.
